Arcadia

The Bank of the Southwest Building at 910 Travis Street, Houston, was completed in 1956. Kenneth Franzheim designed the building with modern accents. At 24 floors, it represented the tallest new construction in downtown throughout the 1950s. The building was recently remodeled and was renamed the Travis Tower. (Courtesy of Daniel E. Monsanto.)
